It’s super close to the station, convenience stores, the staff are very attentive, and it’s well equipped for washing clothes. I would stay there again without hesitation.

露天風呂 対応が良いスタッフ. スタッフに差がある かなり狭い 土曜日はあの狭い部屋で料金が高すぎる

The onsen was beautiful, yet our room turned out even smaller than expected for Japan; with two suitcases inside there was no space left. The street and airplane noise were loud even with the windows closed. My wife had stomach issues and diarrhea (not caused by the hotel food) and stayed in bed. I tried to bring her a bowl of rice and tea from breakfast, but it was impossible—I couldn’t take anything with me. The check‑in was complicated because we wanted to extend check‑out to 8 p.m.; first she demanded we change rooms after the normal check‑out.
