The location is basically the only plus, quite close to MBK, Siam, Centralworld. I rate the staff highly. The bed is comfortable and clean. The hotel is very old and neglected, urgently needing a general renovation. The bathroom is in very poor condition with stains on the ceilings, patched holes, carpet on the wall. It isn’t a very expensive hotel for its location, but the price is still too high given the overall conditions.

The rooms are gorgeous and a good size. Great view as well and very close to Lumphini Park and local shops/restaurants. The pool was also a highlight and we started every day with a swim and a free coffee from the machine. I can't think of anything!

The staff are friendly and smiling, but the rooms are very bad, with old wooden walls, worn furniture and curtains, a foul smell in the corridors and rooms, and the toilet is broken. The photos are misleading; I would not recommend it at all, and I swear by what Saeed says.
