Nothing special stood out; the parking was full and the staff didn’t offer much help, so I won’t recommend this place and won’t return.

The outdoor table where people smoked was unpleasant, especially with kids in tow, and the smoke drifted into our room.

The location was right in the town centre, but our stay at Comfort Inn was terribly disappointing. A long‑term guest got extremely drunk on Saturday night, verbally abused and threatened us, and then became even more aggressive after stripping down, using explicit language and threatening my husband and another woman. We tried to contact reception several times but had to call the police when the situation escalated. The officers seemed to know the man and spoke with him, but they couldn’t remove him without hotel management’s request, so he stayed for the rest of our stay, leaving us feeling unsafe. The room itself was poorly maintained, with broken furniture: a bedside table leaned against the wall and a TV had a damaged leg propped up by a menu. It’s a shame because the central location is great, but the lack of management response, serious safety issues, and bad room upkeep made the experience very unpleasant. Guest safety should be a priority, and we didn’t feel that was the case.

It was quiet, clean, and the room was ready early. The shower leaked a bit and sprayed water from the socket onto my face, and during the day the backyard kids were noisy.
