The location was wonderful—inside the old city, everything was within walking distance. The bed was comfortable, and it was quiet at night. The patio was lovely for sitting outside. The common area offered coffee, tea, and some treats, and we bought food at a nearby market for our own breakfast. The only drawback was the difficulty of getting suitcases or a backpack up the 30 winding stairs, so be aware if you have mobility issues or are older; otherwise, you should be fine.

“Splendido”

Everything! The stay was simply perfect! Dimora di Re Idomeneo is a fascinating and charming property. Our room was beautiful, spacious, and very bright, highlighted by a splendid fresco that made it unique. Everything was impeccably clean and furnished with fine, tastefully chosen pieces that paid attention to detail. We also appreciated the common area, full of comfort and small touches for guests. The value for money is truly exceptional and hard to match. A special thanks to the owner, an extremely kind, helpful, and attentive person who even personally arranged a very affordable parking spot for us, a gesture we truly appreciated. The location is perfect: in the heart of the old town, ideal for conveniently visiting all the main attractions. The romantic atmosphere of the property and its surroundings made the stay even more special. Highly recommended for anyone wanting an authentic, elegant, and romantic experience. We will definitely come back.
