Right off Interstate 101 South, the breakfast was good and the beds were comfortable; the lobby offered free water, coffee, and cookies, though I did spot a small bug.

breakfast and beverages in the lobby. there were ants in one of the rooms though we were transferred into another room. the 1st night felt a bit uncomfortable

Room was noisy, they gave us a room. The furthest from the main registration center, about 2 blocks away\n We were close to the freeway, loud noise we got in the room there was banging from above, the staff member said there was nothing he could do about it on the way out. We bumped into a 1/2 naked transient person who right away, commented on our jewelry. So we didn't feel safe and were unable to stay at that location. And now, Best Western doesn't want to give us our money back
