The location was decent, but the room didn’t match the photo and they added a breakfast fee even though it was listed as included.

There was a roof and a bed, but everything else was awful compared to my past Fab Hotel stays. The room was dirty—sheets hadn’t been changed from the previous guest, the pillow had no cover, the curtains were the dirtiest I’ve seen, and the bathroom still had the previous customer’s toiletries, a wet tissue roll, and a grimy mirror that looked never cleaned. I booked for four days and asked for a clean room, yet it stayed unclean. A garbage bag was left in the lobby by the room door. Breakfast was supposed to be included, but the staff refused and charged extra at checkout, telling me “we do not care what’s in the booking, talk to your booking partner.” The staff were rude and unhelpful, and I saw two other guests arguing with them over booking and commitment problems. When I was taking pictures for a review at checkout, the staff confronted me about why I was taking pictures.
