This property is amazing—having stayed at many wonderful hotels worldwide, this one ranks among the most impressive I’ve ever seen. The blend of an exquisitely beautiful 700‑year‑old grand convent with modern design and facilities, two pools, open spaces for various gatherings and entertainment, a great bar, and restaurants made us fall in love with it, and we kept saying we wished we could stay longer. It’s more than just another “5‑star” hotel; it’s a different level of experience. The service was extraordinary, with impeccable English and many speaking excellent French too. Just WOW!

The hotel is exquisite. Every detail is attended to and the staff are absolutely wonderful. We didn't understand why the jacuzzi had cold water

Arquitectura do monumento/edifício e a sua reabilitação/modernização. Spa e jardins envolventes. A localização e vistas sobre o rio. Pequeno almoço e jantar no restaurante. A arte das paredes. Num monumento daquela importância e num hotel 5 estrelas, não se compreende a opção por obras de pintura de um mesmo artista (artista menor, repetitivas e sem grande qualidade). As reproduções fotográficas, sem menção de autor, também pouco acrescentam
