The service was excellent; even though my stay was short, I felt embraced by the staff. The hotel itself is charming, and I wish I had more time to enjoy the spaces, and the rooms are huge. Overall, it surprised me a lot! The only issue was that when I opened the room it had a stale smell, but the large windows let in fresh air in about 15 minutes.
