“値段からしたら概ねよかったです”

I was concerned because there were quite a few bad reviews, but the room I stayed in was relatively clean and comfortable. The air‑conditioner temperature was off by one degree, making it either too hot or too cold, so I’d like the climate control to be a bit more comfortable. Also, as others have mentioned, it was disappointing that the bath jets didn’t work.

The room was spacious, but the layout forced a closed‑off stone‑bath area, the air‑conditioner never reached the bed, the bedside outlet was dead, the vending‑machine lid wouldn’t open, spider webs hung over the upstairs entrance, the on‑demand system only offered very old titles with no Netflix or Amazon Prime, and the dimmer switch was broken so I couldn’t find a comfortable light level—no wonder I won’t be coming back.

The room was spacious. We always had to call staff to go out because it was an automatic lock. In an emergency, how could we exit the room?

The front desk staff were courteous, yet the stairs leading to the room were filthy, used tissues and empty cigarette packs were left under the bed frame, the bathroom was covered in black mold, the advertised stone‑bath/sauna was unavailable despite being listed, I was told I couldn’t cancel without a 100 % charge, the bedroom light wouldn’t turn off, and the website’s claim of a free menu item for members turned out to be false—after all that I really don’t want to return.

The room was large, well stocked with amenities and even had a vanity mirror, but the canopy curtains I’d chosen were left open, held by weak Velcro that kept falling off, the TV power cord was exposed on the wall, the stone‑bath was out of service for maintenance, the restroom door was hard to close, the three‑way mirror’s light was dead, I couldn’t park without checking in at the front desk and had to stop by again after every outing, the only food offered was cold snack packs, and despite all these shortcomings the price was higher than comparable hotels, leaving me very disappointed.
