It was a nice spot to visit, just a short drive from the city centre, set in the hills overlooking Verona. Beautiful grounds, friendly staff, and the room was a good size. I paid for a city‑view room, but the view from the room and terrace was actually a tree and the suburbs east of the city centre. Another annoyance was that I couldn’t control the heating/cooling in the room; when we turned it up, the heat became unbearable and sweaty, so after speaking to the front desk I was told the AC was switched off for winter. Needless to say we didn’t get a great night’s sleep because the room stayed humid.

The place is very beautiful, the staff are friendly, cleanliness is top, the bathroom is super, the beds are comfortable, the environment is quiet, breakfast is generous. The view from the room wasn't the real one, instead there was a small green sitting area.
