The room was clean, everything was easily accessible, the stay was comfortable, the view was beautiful and the appliances were plentiful, yet the pillows were uncomfortable, there was mold in the washer, the water spout on the fridge was leaking, and the bathroom vents were blocked.

The place was spotless and everything I needed was right there, so I have nothing to complain about.

The resort really caters to kids with its waterpark and lazy river, and we could use those even during the tropical storm. Unfortunately, water kept splashing onto the floors in the elevators and near the snack bar, making them slippery and a constant fall risk.
