The staff were great, the breakfast and the lady preparing it were excellent, and the tapioca was the best I’ve ever had. The air‑conditioning was awful, didn’t cool and was extremely noisy; I stayed hot and there was no fan. A storm had hit, so the floor I was on was chaotic with water everywhere and buckets for leaks. When I arrived, the shower had no water, which was later fixed.

The breakfast spread was solid – tasty coffee and a decent selection of pastries. Unfortunately, the bathroom had no running water, which made getting ready a hassle. Overall, the food made up for the plumbing issue, but it was still a noticeable inconvenience.

Staff were friendly, the room was clean and the bed felt comfortable enough for a good night’s sleep. The downside was that the building has no elevator and there’s no bellhop to help with luggage, so lugging bags up the stairs was a pain. Still, the service and cleanliness kept the stay tolerable.

The hotel’s location is spot‑on – everything I needed was within walking distance, and the rooms were kept tidy. I didn’t run into any real problems, so it was an easy, pleasant stay.
