The place was okay. We had no water or electricity all night, and it wasn’t fixed until the next day at 11 am. Also, you have to meet the lady in the morning to return the keys, she took a long time and we had to wait almost an hour, and we had almost no battery to communicate.

I was not at all pleased; maintenance was neglected and water leaked from everywhere. Nothing else to add.

Everything was bad, absolutely terrible. They swapped my Puma (bottle) for a dirty, foul‑smelling one; after complaining we finally got the original bottle, but it didn’t meet the advertised “parking included” promise. I was charged €10 without a receipt or invoice. The TV was present but non‑functional, and the bathroom in the boat was clogged with days‑old urine, making it unusable because of the stench and lack of water. The facility’s bathrooms were about 600 m away, a distance not mentioned in the booking. Plates, cutlery, and glasses were stained with food, showing a total lack of cleanliness. There was no coordination between the check‑in staff and Mrs. Sara; we told them we would leave at 11:00 am, but the check‑in guy told us to leave the keys and parking card on the table, take a photo, and send it via WhatsApp. When we did, Sara replied that it wasn’t possible, yet the check‑in guy had told us otherwise. I left the premises at 11:00 am, and later the staff texted me about the clogged bathroom. Not recommended at all.

The place is on the other side; the walk to the bathroom is huge, the path is very dark, the bathroom doesn’t work, there’s no water tap, and the bed is made of several different pieces that don’t fit together, making it very uncomfortable—I couldn’t sleep.
