Everything is very nice, but it’s only for four people because there are just two rooms.

The host was very friendly and helpful, the two bathrooms were newly renovated and modern, the kitchen was well equipped, it was in a quiet spot, and it’s a 20‑minute walk from the Old Town.

The place was excellent—spacious, comfortable, well equipped, and spotless. We were a family of five and felt very at ease. Host Cecilia was very kind, responded quickly, helped with parking questions, and left welcome goodies that my kids loved! The location was great, in a calm area and a 20‑minute walk to Edinburgh’s centre.

Everything from soaps to snacks to detergent was provided. The only downside was the lack of space to hang items that don’t fit in the dryer, and the ground‑floor rooms were a bit dim with an odd smell masked by air freshener.
