Everything was awesome and the kids had a blast, and I have no complaints.

The bed was super comfy and looked very clean, and I liked the white linens and the removable cover, but we got stuck in the elevator for 20 minutes with my 4‑year‑old granddaughter— a bit scary but everyone ended up safe.

We always enjoy staying here mainly because the pool is the best we’ve ever seen, with waterslides and a dedicated kids area that keeps the whole family entertained, and it’s usually the warmest pool ever—though it wasn’t as warm this time. I tried to be eco‑friendly by bringing a reusable water bottle, but I wasn’t allowed to use it in the pool area because it’s a metal one you can’t see through; I had to keep going through the doors to drink water, which was quite disappointing as a guest.
