A nice inn in a good location, reachable by car via a short path that is doable at a moderate speed. From there you can also walk to the Blue Eye hike if the extra 1.5 km is acceptable. The room was on the top floor and had a fan; the bathroom had no window. Breakfast was served buffet style.

The welcome was fantastic, the room was simple but spotless, and the bathroom, though basic, was clean. The place has great vibe and comfy outdoor seating, plus the staff are super friendly and helpful. The location is spot on—right outside you can hop on the trail to the Blue Eye. Breakfast was solid, dinner surprisingly cheap, and they even let you pay by card, which is a big plus. The only hiccup was the water pressure in the upper floors dropping pretty low at times.

Location is killer – right in the heart of everything. The beds were super comfy and the staff were really friendly. The downside? The bathroom was pretty basic and the pool stayed empty all day, looking a bit old‑fashioned.
