Nestled in the Tuscan countryside, the 16th‑century stone farmhouse of Fattoria Pianetti lies ten minutes from Saturnia’s spas. It showcases vibrant frescos by Julianos Kattinis, an outdoor pool, free Wi‑Fi, bike hire, and on‑site parking. Rooms feature wood‑beamed ceilings, terracotta floors; suites add living areas, spa baths, and patios overlooking the estate. Breakfast is buffet‑style; the restaurant serves traditional Tuscan cuisine.

I booked a half-board stay and everything was perfect: the breakfast was super generous and the dinner was excellent. The bathroom was a bit small.

The place is amazing; we would have stayed longer! The breakfast and the restaurant are recommended – it would be a shame not to enjoy them. We didn’t try the pool, but it was maintained in late October and apparently heated. The soundproofing is poor; we could hear the neighbors clearly.

The peace and beauty of the location are wonderful. It’s a pity the pool isn’t heated.
