The reception was kind and the house was very pleasant.

The property is a small enclave in the city, with easy access to the city centre by tram. The room’s décor is modern. The host tries hard to impress and pays attention to detail where he sees fit. The information and availability of some facilities are incorrect, which can give a false impression of what to expect. We also agree with Alison from the UK who said the host is “a bit too intense and never too far watching”. There are some inquisitive questions, so we feel a bit uncomfortable and the lack of privacy.

The owner was enthusiastic and offered a drink at the entrance. The place feels like a green oasis in an urban area, and there’s a parking spot on the property for your car. The stay was on the ground floor with a door to the garden where you could relax after a city tour. The price‑quality ratio is definitely not good.

The hosts’ welcome was super friendly, and the location is quiet but very close to the city centre with the tram. Nothing at all – we had a very nice stay.
