The hotel was close to the airport and had an eating facility, but the shower head was just a hose-like stream with no adjustment, the toilet seat was held by one hinge and slid off, there was no toilet paper provided and it ran out at night with no spare roll, and the bed was too soft while the pillows were too hard.

Location. Was told room would be available at 11.00am and it wasn't until 12.00. FTA channels on TV didn't work and couldn't get them working during stay

The room was relatively good value for its size and overall comfortable, yet the beds were way too soft.

The shower was great, the TV was big and the air-conditioning worked well, but the bed was old, soft, and lumpy, making it very uncomfortable.

Being close to the university and having shops around was convenient, but the rooms could use some work and maybe double glazing to block road noise.
