“Good place to stay if on a budget and prefer quiet rooms.”
The location, parking, quiet doors, and friendly staff were positives. The room was clean and didn’t smell of pets or smokers. The hair dryer didn’t work, was taped with black electrical tape at the plug and posed a shock hazard. The mattress was as hard as a rock, like sleeping on a 1" plywood sheet. The room was clean except the shower caulking was black from mold in some spots. The bathroom mirror was discolored. The place needs updating. We’ve stayed here several years during the Oyster Run and have always found the location valuable.

The people were nice and friendly, and the exterior of the facility looked well kept. The rooms were really outdated and needed a little love; the coffee pot didn’t work and the beds felt really worn out.
The staff were great, and one of them patiently showed me how to use the TV remote even though I'm not very tech‑savvy.
There’s a spot near fo gas, shopping, and a restaurant that’s easy to walk to. No continental breakfast was offered.
