“Fantasztikus helyen, remek kiszolgálással”
The breakfast was wonderful, and there was a chance to snack or sip an Aperol or a good coffee during the day, which was great because it was available almost all day. Dinner was atmospheric and excellent, the local olive oil was divine, and I recommend the local wines. After the restaurant closed, we could bring our drinks and chat on the first terrace while watching San Gimignano’s lights; we could talk for as long as we wanted. When we got tired, we received a pokróc. Two of us stayed in separate rooms, but when we ordered dinner, the bill wasn’t split by room number, which was confusing and caused trouble at the end when paying; it was impossible to separate the individual consumption. It wasn’t too disruptive, but for breakfast it was hard to believe: they set the table at 3:15 am! (Why?) We were very careful not to be loud, but our window opened right onto that, so we woke up.
