The location was convenient, but we never actually stayed there. The hotel felt unsafe, with hallways and the office smelling like marijuana, two security doors propped open with rocks, and dirty pillows in the room. We asked for a refund at the office, but they refused even though we didn't stay, which was very disappointing.

Nothing positive to mention. I was charged a deposit and the $10 was kept after the refund, so I essentially paid full price. The parking lot had sketchy people, security doors were propped open all night, and there was no breakfast as advertised. It was the worst motel experience in my 50 years and I felt unsafe.

The place had a nasty, unclean smell and roaches everywhere; no one was on site to address the issue. Everything was bad.

As soon as I walked into the lobby, a marijuana odor hit me. The building had no elevator, and the two rooms I booked were on the third floor, which was inconvenient for the elderly guests I had with me. I was given a key to an occupied room, so I canceled and went elsewhere. I’m still waiting, almost a month later, for the $70 incidental fee per room to be refunded. I’ve called corporate five times; they say it takes 14 days, now an extra five days, and the refund will only go to PayPal or Zelle. They told me to call the hotel first, but that number doesn’t work, and corporate has no working number for them. Booking did refund the room amount, though.

The location was decent, but the property grounds were unkempt. The condition was unclean: a $10 cleaning fee was charged for a dirty carpet, dirty bed skirt, broken hangers, unhooked drapes and closet curtain, scratched door and peeling paint that hadn’t been vacuumed. I asked for a refund of the cleaning charge, but they wouldn’t give it. I raised the issue from the start, but no resolution came. The pre‑booking experience on Bookings.com was not positive.
