“Struttura introvabile...”

I can’t really say much positive. I arrived at 21:00 and found myself in what looked like a health facility, probably a rehab clinic, empty at that hour, and I wandered for half an hour without locating the building. I called four times on the numbers listed by the booking site and by Google, but got no answer. I followed a sign pointing to the location, but still couldn’t find it. Having worked for 40 years as a hospital doctor in a 500-bed facility, I know how to navigate a hospital, but that night it was useless. The communication and signage need improvement. At 21:35, desperate, diabetic and fasting, I tried to find another place and left the area.

I had a very pleasant stay in a clean, comfortable room that was just basic. The staff were genuinely courteous and helpful, and I liked the sustainability touch with the separate waste bins in the room. Breakfast was excellent, especially for sweet lovers, but there were also some savory options. The property, next to a clinic and surrounded by a garden, was very quiet and peaceful. Even though it isn’t in the city center, it’s very convenient, just a stone’s throw from the hospital and the metro stop.

The location and the friendly staff were good. The room was noisy; there was a dull, continuous hum that I think came from an air‑conditioning unit on the roof of another building in the same hotel group. Frankly, the 8.7 rating is too high.

The place was clean and quiet. The room and bedding were comfortable. The corridors were decorated with antique furniture. The reception was pleasant. The only issue was that it was hard for us to find the entrance.

The breakfast was a small, simple Italian‑style spread with coffee/tea and bread. You could buy more with cash if you wanted. The arrival instructions were poor; a quick message saying to go to the hospital counseling with your passports so you could get the key would have helped.
