The breakfast was solid and the staff were friendly, but the Tennessee Vols merchandise felt excessive and unnecessary.

“Perfect for me!”

The room was spotless and beautifully decorated; the king bed was so comfortable I slept like a log, and the automated blackout blinds worked perfectly. However, traffic from the interstate and a nearby road made some noise, which bothered me as a heavy sleeper.

“A place to sleep but should have received a room rate reduction to compensate for ants in our room.”

I slept there, but ants were around the bed and there were no other rooms to switch to. The only remedy offered was a free breakfast, which we couldn't use because of our schedule, and we still felt we deserved a lower room rate; the free breakfast didn’t make up for the problem.

“Great property, clean rooms, & exceptionally kind staff. Absolutely would stay again.”

Getting there was a breeze, the room and the whole property were spotless, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The price for a single night felt a bit high, especially without a continental breakfast, but since we came during a busy Knoxville weekend, the premium was understandable.
