Excellent safety and cleanliness, great service. I would have liked to stay longer to use the pool.
The location, the structure and the friendly service are great! In the suite there was only one very thin, almost transparent sheet to cover us. It would be much better if a blanket were available in the dresser as an option. It’s a very good place. I highly recommend it. I’ll definitely come back!

I didn’t stay long, arriving and planning to leave quickly, but during my brief time I felt warmly welcomed and cared for, was well accommodated and given clear guidance on the facilities, rules, and everything was super comfortable—I’d definitely come back! I can’t think of anything that needs improvement; my short stay highlighted only the positives of the services offered, so I just want to thank and congratulate the team.

The main positive point of the hostel is undoubtedly its location. It’s near the metro and in an area where you can easily request cars via transport apps. There are also restaurants, bars, markets, pharmacies and even a private hospital nearby, making the location very convenient for visitors. My experience at this hostel was quite disappointing, especially considering I stayed there for four nights. Throughout the stay I encountered a series of basic problems with structure, cleanliness, service, and most importantly, respect for guests. One issue that stood out was the absence of any type of blanket or cover for guests. In all the hostels I’ve stayed at, this was the first time I found an accommodation that simply didn’t provide even a thin blanket for the night. If there is a limitation in this regard, it should be clearly stated before booking, as it is essential information for anyone choosing where to spend the night. The number of bathrooms is completely incompatible with the hostel’s capacity. There is only one women’s and one men’s bathroom, plus a unisex bathroom on the lower floor. That’s just three bathrooms for more than 25 beds, which were occupied during my stay. In practice, this means the structure is insufficient to adequately handle the flow of guests, especially during peak times. Another extremely negative point was the reception staff. The receptionists, in several situations, seemed unprepared and lost when faced with guest demands. What I find even more serious is the unprofessional attitude at times, including comments and jokes made behind guests’ backs. This type of behavior shows a lack of ethics and respect incompatible with any establishment that works directly with the public. The cleanliness also fell far short. During the four nights I stayed, the room was cleaned only once, and that was because new guests were entering the room. In other words, for almost the entirety of my stay, there was no proper cleaning routine for the shared space.
