We were extremely satisfied. The room was large, the bed comfortable, the place clean, and we received a welcome gift of coffee capsules, tea, water, and something that impressed us – a personalized greeting when we turned on the TV. The staff were incredibly polite and responsive, from reception to restaurant servers to the spa ladies. We’re especially grateful to the woman who guided us in choosing treatments and the two ladies who massaged us – they were wonderful! The variety of hot pools (mineral, thermal) and the many wellness facilities – saunas, steam room, hot loungers, green room, etc. – were excellent. Breakfast and dinner were served buffet style and very tasty. Thank you again for the warm welcome and for making us feel special during our stay. Everything was perfect.

An extraordinary place – everything you need for maximum mental and physical recovery. The medical center is unique, and the spa is flawless. Breakfast and dinner are diverse and fresh. In my room there was no seating area, which was a slight discomfort if you want to have a cup of coffee.

The spa area and rooms are superb. The staff are courteous and responsive. Everything was clean and welcoming. The food was quite bad. Two evenings were covered at 90 %. Mostly grilled meat, dry spaghetti, and fried potatoes. The desserts were the same, dry, cheap, and awful in taste. Breakfast was again nothing special. Overall, the only thing we didn’t like, but it’s important, is the food. For the price, it should be at a much higher level.

The food is great. The mineral hot pools are nice. Coffee in the room is only offered one day.

The service was excellent, the food outstanding, and the spa and rehabilitation center were top‑level; I will definitely return and highly recommend it.
