The décor was nice, but other guests in the hotel made a lot of noise at night.

The location is excellent and being pet‑friendly is a plus since we traveled with our dog; the facilities are comfortable and the stay was great overall, but we had a cleanliness issue when we arrived because there was a puddle of urine in a corner of the room—our little dog is used to doing its business on a dog mat, so seeing urine there was unpleasant; we spoke with staff and they cleaned it the next day.

The location was spot‑on for mobility and the views were impressive. I wish there had been a restaurant on site so I could enjoy the garden.

Everything was nearly perfect, except for a small hiccup: when we arrived, a very friendly young lady greeted us, but then a woman asked us for cash as a fee for bringing two small dogs; we paid by card and no refund was offered, and her tone toward guests was less than courteous. Kudos to the two staff members who were also very kind, especially the woman who stayed through the night and into the morning.
