The staff were good, but the AC was not working properly.

The place was clean and cozy, and it was quiet. I think the staff should better inform guests about hotel policies. For example, I paid a 100 AED insurance fee that is supposed to be refunded when I leave, but I was only told that a card‑paid refund takes 7 to 14 days, and I wasn’t warned about this beforehand, which annoyed me a bit. I don’t know if this is standard worldwide, but I wasn’t aware.
