The bed was perfect, and the place was quiet and peaceful. The rooms were compact, and the staff were direct but not intrusive, providing quick service. The breakfast, however, didn't offer much variety.

The breakfast was good, even though the selection was smaller, but it was enough. There was no elevator, and I had trouble going up the stairs, so we had requested rooms on the first floor, but they weren't available. When I showed the email with the booking to the front desk, they gave us at least one. The advantage is the proximity to the spa, but I recommend checking their website because they only opened at 2 pm.

If you’re into spa experiences, the location is excellent. The heat was a downside.

The description promised a slightly more modern accommodation than what I actually found. The pension sits on the outskirts, about 15 minutes from the city center, next to a charging station and a water theme park. Although it is on the riverbank, the layout oddly means the rooms don’t face the river, nor the garden or the city – they face the parking lot, which is an inner courtyard. Breakfast is held in a basement area, not in the restaurant that does look out over the river, so you can’t enjoy that view. On Fridays and Saturdays they usually hold weddings on site, so the restaurant is booked; you should plan for that. I’m not sure how much the noise from the bar can be heard. The room’s equipment and breakfast were otherwise adequate. The staff were friendly and courteous.
