I gave a 10 for the quiet in the room, the view, the mattress, the pillows, the cleanliness, the space, and the location, and the shower was wonderful! The towels and liquid soap in the shower could be better.

The room was very good compared to other hostels. The reception is available 24 hours. They clean the room every day. The location is also very good, with the Opera metro station right outside.

The hotel’s location is just perfect for exploring the city. The property met my expectations exactly, offering great value for money. The welcome was excellent, and the room was quiet, very clean, and the bed comfortable. I could still hear the neighboring room and the corridor, but the other guests were respectful, so it was fine. I especially liked the fruit basket in the corridor on my floor! Every morning I had breakfast in a café inside the opera building, right across the square. Access to the hotel, the floor, and the room is available 24/7 via a key card, with no need to go through the reception.
