Cleanliness, comfort and staff were great. No negative points.

The ibis standard is always solid, but the service when I arrived was not up to ibis standards; maybe because it’s a small town, the reception felt a bit “sloppy”.

There was no soap in the room. When I asked at reception, the staff said there had been a delivery delay and the entire hotel was out of soap.
