“Old world charm”

The staff are caring. They are keen to help, to provide information, and for guests to share feedback. The imperial meal experience is a must try! The breakfast spread is vast; with a variety of local delicacies and western dishes. The room is a good size one; with the bed being one of the most comfortable in our travels. The gym is good and kept clean. The pool is rather small and indoor. There is a cute rooftop bar which we enjoyed immensely during our stay but there are good bars nearby as well. The shower power could be better. The drainage is poor. The property reflects its age; probably needs a refurbish. The pool could be outdoors. There is a fair bit of papers to sign; for massages, spas, room clean to name a few!

“Great find and place to stay”

The staff were really polite and friendly, super helpful when my aunt lost her card they helped her recovered it, the attention to details was exceptional I would return anytime, also Dong was our driver on a couple tours I highly recommend him too. Everything was great, no dislikes

“Excelente”

Todo estuvo excelente. Desde la llegada al hotel, contratamos van para 16 personas, ya nos esperaban. La atención de todo el personal fue siempre amable, rápida . Perdí mi tarjeta en un cajero y al preguntar sobre como hacer llamada a mi banco ya que había comprado SIM local, no salía la llamada, la Gte. De recepción me indicó que checar con el banco del ATM que solía ocurrir que en la Cd. Nada se perdía y así fue acudí al banco y al día siguiente ya tenía mi tarjeta. El buffet delicioso vasto, variado y con platillos vietnamitas, a temperatura ideal. El spa muy bien. Contratamos con el hotel tours a la Cd imperial y los túneles de Vin Mhoc y también excelente. El chofer muy atento y amable con recomendaciones de qué visitar. Nos faltó la base militar que por tiempo y distancia ya no fue posible pero también muy atento. En general toda la estancia en Vietnam fue excelente, un país maravilloso y gente muy muy cálida. Definitivamente regresaría nuevamente. ¡Que se acabaron mis vacaciones! 😔
