The bedding was decent and the room stayed clean overall, but the AC broke and no maintenance came to fix it; they wouldn’t move me to a different room or refund me for a cooler one, only offered a desk fan. The bathroom also had a moldy smell because the towel rack sits in the shower, leaving towels wet all day from splashing.

The location was spot‑on for the airport, especially with the free shuttle service. The beds were very comfortable and the price matched the value well.

The staff were wonderful and accommodating, and the room was spacious. The airport shuttle was really convenient. The handicapped room 330 we requested was comfortable but clearly needed updating.
