“The location and management of this property is perfect.”

Excellent location, right in the heart of the old town area. The property has a lift which was great for the heavy suitcases. Claudio arranged private tours and driver for Pompeii, Herculaneum and Caserta Palace. This was absolutely wonderful and great to have your own tour guide and driver and not have to follow the "Red Umbrella" with 50 other people! We also had a great breakfast provided each day with plenty to choose from including freshly cooked eggs. Unfortunately the toilet in our room required you to constantly press the flush button multiple times till the system actually flushed. This was pointed out to us and demonstrated upon check-in, but it would be great to have this fixed

The spot is spot-on, within walking distance to almost everything, and that's the only thing I can say.

“Goed”

Great location. You have to search a bit (after the gate, right‑hand side, go up the stairs, or take the narrow elevator), but the welcome was excellent. The room was spacious, with high ceilings and a beautiful building. Central location. Nice bed. One drawback: I had a cold shower, but other guests did not, so it was probably an isolated incident. The breakfast was also good.
