Breakfast was good and could be delivered to the property; the staff’s welcome was excellent.

The property was clean, the room and bathroom were spacious, and the room was cleaned daily with fresh sheets and towels available. The front‑desk lady was kind and helpful. I would suggest adding a light above the bathroom mirror; we didn’t have time to mention it, but the safe didn’t work, and in the afternoon there was always a faint sewage smell that disappeared when the windows were opened. Also, one side of the wardrobe is awkward because of the nightstand.

The room was clean and well maintained, and I liked that the nightstand had charging cables for the phone. Alessandra has a unique friendliness and availability! It’s very close to the metro, the high district, making it a very convenient place for anyone who wants to move freely. Highly recommended.
