“If it wasn't for the roaches it would have been perfect.”

The front desk staff were great and the price was good, but I had to kill two roaches in the restroom and on my nightstand before my daughter saw them and freaked out.

The room was spotless, and the staff were friendly and professional, but the hallway carpet had big stains, there was a hole in the ceiling, and the windows could use a bit more cleaning.

There was nothing positive to mention. The room was filthy, roaches were present, the bathroom was a mess, the bed and mattress were very uncomfortable, breakfast was terrible, the coffee tasted stale, the ice machine was filthy with crust around the dispenser, and I left after one night because it was a nightmare.

The location was good, but the carpet in the room was dirty and smelly, the A/C unit kept cycling on and off every few minutes likely due to low Freon, and the breakfast area was dirty so I didn’t trust the food.

We got a suite that has a couch and 2 queen beds. Microwave, and fridge. Very spacious for us 2 adults and 2 small children. Good location for us everything between 10-25 minutes away, thrift stores, bowling alley, movie theaters, the zoo, The doseum, Witte, botanical gardens, downtown. They provided breakfast and most days consisted of eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal and toast with juice, flavored waters, coffee or tea. Beds were very comfortable and clean, outdoor pool was open and clean. Overall a very decent stay if looking to spend less money on your room to have more for attractions. I didn’t like the dirty carpets in the halls and rooms. the first room I killed atleast 6 roaches in the first 5 minutes. But they did change our room immediately. The next room didn’t seem to have any roaches. The room was a bit stuffy as the air conditioning struggled to cool but it did eventually mainly the middle of the night thankfully. The phone didn’t work and the microwave was dirty. And the windows unable to see in or out. They should clean behind the furniture better and get rid of the carpet
