The hotel sits in the center of Gáldar, very clean and the décor is lovely. The room is cozy and has everything needed (fridge, full bathroom, hair dryer, etc.). The bar has an amazing terrace with views and a great vibe. We didn’t like that the bar was closed on Sundays; it made the experience a bit cold because the town was a bit deserted on a Sunday and it’s a bit surprising that a hotel of this category doesn’t offer that service. Also the reception isn’t 24 h, which we knew, but on the day we left the room there was no one at reception, only the cleaning staff, and that was a reasonable hour. We also didn’t like that the pool is next to the bar terrace, and that while you’re taking a shower among people having drinks, they pass right in front of you.

Nice establishment in a characterful building renovated with taste and elegance. The room was spacious, bedding very comfortable, and the night was truly peaceful. The staff were professional and welcoming. The restaurant was quality. The breakfast was very complete (but the price is a bit high at 22 €/person). The location on the beautiful square and near the church of Galdár is appreciated, but depending on sensitivity, it’s better to choose a room on the 2nd floor and on the church side to avoid the restaurant terrace noise in the evening.

The restaurant was in a good spot, but the window faced the back of the Sky bar and it was noisy. There was no minibar, and they didn’t refill water after the first night.
