I didn't expect everything to go so smoothly; the corner room was stunning, breakfast was superb, and the cleanliness was delightful. We had to leave early for the airport, so they prepared breakfast boxes for us, and I was surprised by the tasty food packets—thanks a lot!

The reception staff were excellent, but the rooms were poorly designed overall, with a lot of unused space.

Awesome. Probably the best stay of us in Batumi so far. Everything was great including the warm pool. Staff are also the most welcoming helpful people I have ever seen on any vacation. 10/10
