The staff are very friendly and the childcare is truly excellent! The food also tasted good, especially the rich breakfast buffet that convinced us. Unfortunately, our family room had only glass doors that let you see straight through. Because of this, we couldn’t use the extra sofa area while the kids slept. They tried to cover some of the glass with cloths and suction cups, but only part of the glass could be hidden. We suggest at least installing curtains on the fixed‑glass walls that can be drawn when needed. Otherwise, there is absolutely nothing to complain about! The new rooms match our taste perfectly in terms of materials and design.

The food was great, but my street‑side room was too noisy and I expected more attention to detail; the bathroom looked old.
