I never got breakfast, but the housekeeping team were all nice and tried to fix the many issues I ran into, though they could only do so much. After checking in I had to climb two flights of stairs to reach my room. The hallway on the second floor had numerous ceiling lights that were out, making it very dim. Inside my room the fluorescent wall fixtures were awful, casting shadows everywhere, and the bathroom only had a narrow strip of fluorescent light around the mirror, leaving the room extremely dim. The overall cleanliness was poor; the floors needed vacuuming and mopping to remove obvious dirt, dust, and lint balls. The listing advertised cable TV via Direct TV with about 20 available channels, but only three channels had a somewhat consistent signal, each plagued with constant static in audio and video. Watching anything was difficult, if not impossible. The TV remote was covered in dirt and stains; I cleaned it with two alcohol swabs and sprayed Lysol, but stains remained. A peephole in the door was about the size of a dime; I blocked it with tissue so hallway guests couldn't see in. Coffee, cups, creamer, etc. sat on the fridge, but there was no coffee maker. I stayed for three nights, and housekeeping never approached me to offer fresh towels or empty the trash. I asked for towels at the end of day two. While showering, the hot/cold water was hard to regulate; I finally found a comfortable temperature and closed the full-length glass door. The heavy door detached from its frame and rollers and fell inward toward me, but I managed to stop it and set it back on the rollers. That failure could have caused serious injury.

I never checked in because the experience was so bad.

The place was available when I needed it, but the sheets were stained and the guests were loud.

“Would never consider staying there again.”

The hotel felt very insecure; multiple theft signs were posted and many sketchy people loitered around. There was no front‑desk clerk—check‑in was only via kiosk. The building was unkept and dirty. Our room had hair on the floor, filthy mirrors, and the sink and shower did not look clean.
