When we arrived, the front desk said all rooms were booked and sent us to find another place; I don’t understand how that works, and the front desk blamed Booking.

The counter staff had a bad attitude and didn’t tell us the water heater was broken when we checked in, so we spent an entire day without a shower until the next day; we had to leave early the following day to find a new hotel for another night so we could finally have a refreshing shower and relax.

It was usable but not very varied; the room was not very clean and smelled musty.
