“Fantastico”
The building is stunning and historic. The rooms are small, in a Parisian style, but very cozy, tastefully furnished, and the common areas are well maintained. The breakfast area, set in former stone cellars, is nicely decorated, the breakfast is excellent, and the croissants are outstanding. The staff are warm, professional, and well prepared. We will definitely return.

Just a stone's throw from a metro station, quiet and comfy, the hotel makes a solid base for a Paris stay. Everyone on staff was friendly and kind, reception open 24/24, and the breakfast items were fresh and tasty. The salty items were a bit lacking (there were hard‑boiled eggs, ham, and a few slices of cheese—great, but scrambled eggs, sausages or bacon would have been a real bonus!). Otherwise, nothing else.

Having a 24‑hour front desk is great for late arrivals and early departures—excellent! The rooms are fine, the bed is comfortable. It’s close to Montparnasse train station, yet surprisingly quiet. The bathroom is small but very clean.
