“Apartamento con habitaciones bajo tierra olor humedad”
The whole thing was a scam: they advertise a hotel‑style room but you end up in an old building and have a hard time finding the location, calling and waiting half an hour. A man from the portal appears and gives good references, works with them infiltrated, gives you another number and guides you by phone. The surprise is that you’re sent to the basement, you enter and find a subterranean apartment with rooms. It’s incredible, the bad experience – I told them I didn’t want this and that it wasn’t what was on the page – they canceled it there. Their business charges 26 € if you cancel. I called customer service at Booking and thanks to them it was canceled after a lot of stress; I share this experience to help other users.
