Breakfast was excellent and the staff were friendly, yet the room lacked toiletries such as cotton buds and shower caps, and the beverage selection could be expanded to include hot chocolate and Earl Grey tea.

The location next to the train station was convenient and the rooms were bright and airy, but there was nothing nearby, so we had to eat at the hotel.

Perfectly located just 1 min walk from the station and about 8 mins to the Plaza. Very clean, comfortable room which was great value for money with hot breakfast included. Nothing it was great

The rooms were lovely, modern, clean, and fresh, and all staff were polite and friendly, but there was no mini‑fridge in the rooms for medications that needed refrigeration.
