The service and accommodation met all my requests, making it a perfect family stay; the location is stunning and Rick’s café was delicious, though the spa and second pool were closed.

The location was absolutely beautiful and the pools were a bonus, but renovations were ongoing, making it hard to locate the ice machine even after calling customer service, which directed me to the wrong spot; otherwise the experience was great.

“We stayed a couple of nights so we could take the helicopter into the Grand Canyon and then fly out of Las Vegas home. n”

The rooms were cozy, the pools spacious and spotless, and the whole property looked very pretty; our room overlooked the lake, and we enjoyed the bar, restaurant, and breakfast room service, with very few other guests so it was extremely quiet and peaceful, yet there was a sewage smell when we left by the lake and near the upper pool area.
