Great Location and Friendly Staff, but a Few Areas for Improvement The hotel is conveniently located, just a 5-minute walk from Termini Station, which made getting around Rome very easy. The staff were lovely, friendly and welcoming. We also appreciated the thoughtful gesture of a small bottle of Prosecco and some sweets waiting for us as a welcome treat. Such a nice touch!. There were a few things that could be improved. The hotel entrance had a rather unpleasant, egg-like smell, which wasn't the best first impression. We also noticed some dampness behind our room door, which created a slightly musty smell in the room. Another issue was the shower, as the water temperature kept fluctuating between hot and cold, making it difficult to enjoy a comfortable shower. It's also worth mentioning that there are around seven steps at the hotel entrance, which can be a little challenging when arriving with heavy suitcases. Overall, we appreciated the convenient location, the kindness of the staff and the lovely welcome gesture. With a little more attention to these details, the stay could have been much more comfortable

“Great location, amazing Breakfast, clean and bright rooms, wonderful staff!”

We got a top‑floor room as requested and checked in early, which was a huge plus. It’s within walking distance of Termini, so hopping on the Metro was easy. The staff were amazing, and breakfast was a highlight.

The location is excellent, just a three‑minute walk from Termini, giving easy access to the metro and buses. The staff are courteous and happy to answer any questions or requests, including late check‑out. The rooms are a bit small, breakfast is fixed with no variations, and those who need kosher options will find the selection limited.

The staff were polite, pleasant, and extremely attentive, which we really appreciated. On the downside, everything else was just fine. The room was small but still comfortable.
