I was impressed with the hotel's location right on the lake, and the rooms were relatively clean, although a refresh would be nice. The desserts in the restaurant were excellent, but the pizza was a letdown. Unfortunately, the breakfasts in the warming trays were cold, and there was a lack of vegetables. We were also overcharged by 40 zł for our stay, which was not reflected in our booking, and we only realized it after the fact.

I had a great time at this hotel, which offered a wonderful atmosphere, delicious food, and a very helpful staff. The hotel is also a great place to stay with kids, as they have a fun pool area. However, I did find the rooms to be a bit too noisy, and they could use a bit of a refresh. While it wasn't a major issue, it's something that could be improved upon.

Unfortunately, my stay was marred by a party in the restaurant that went on until 2 am, which I was not informed about beforehand. The receptionist was surprised that I hadn't been told, and despite the room being on the second floor, the noise from the party was still audible. To make matters worse, the room I had booked had no elevator, despite the fact that it was mentioned in the booking that there was one. On a positive note, the hotel has a great pool for young children.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel, from the professional service to the comfort and cleanliness of the rooms, and the excellent spa facilities. Everything was top-notch, and I would highly recommend it.

I had a fantastic time at this hotel, which is situated in a beautiful location by the lake, with a stunning view of the amphitheater. The hotel itself has a great atmosphere, and the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The food is also excellent, and the rooms are well-maintained and quiet. The hotel is perfect for couples and families with children, who will love the play area and the pool and saunas. I would highly recommend it to anyone who hasn't been yet.
