The hotel sits a 3‑minute walk from Mablethorpe Beach, near Skegness attractions and Humberside Airport.

The spot is spot‑on and spotless, with plenty of pots, pans and kitchen gear.

We’re not planning to book elsewhere; the location hits exactly what we want and feels like home for our grandson, who treats it like an extension of his own house. The place matches his memory from our first visit to Rebecca’s Place in April 2025, and this is our fourth stay so far. It has everything for a short or long stay in Mablethorpe and comfortably sleeps a large or small family. We’ll keep coming back whenever we can because it’s just perfect. Nothing we didn’t like.

The caravan was clean and comfortable and filled with lots of little extras. Rebecca was wonderful, checked up on us n asked my opinion. Very lovely person to speak to. We will 100000% be back. Thank you 😊 🙏 💓. We liked everything
