The staff here are genuinely helpful, which makes a big difference when you're a tourist in a foreign city. The hotel's location is fantastic, right next to a bustling mall that's open late, so you can grab a bite or do some shopping without having to venture far. However, the downside is that the mall's noise carries over into the hotel, so if you're a light sleeper, you might want to pack some earplugs. Overall, I'd say the pros outweigh the cons, especially considering the affordable price.

I was really impressed with this hotel - the room was top-notch and spotless, which made a big difference. The staff at reception were super friendly and helpful, which made the whole experience feel really welcoming. The only thing that let it down was the noise from the street outside, but that's not the hotel's fault. Overall, it was a great place to stay and I'd definitely go back.
