The kitchenette… however it was poorly equipped. Limited utensils, crockery and glassware made it difficult to use. The location was excellent. The lobby was under renovation and we were not advised. We had to enter the building via an alternate entry and our room was above the construction, and was noisy from 7am. The room was 'tired' and not what we expected for the money. The mattress quality was poor and uncomfortable.

The spot’s great, and the hydration station with bottles for us to take was a nice touch.

I liked the location, especially the staff overall and Steven, who helped us in everything and spoke Spanish. Anika updated us because the room was tiny, and Albion and everyone else were helpful. The downside was that only two floors were available because of ongoing construction; they tried to make up for it with a modest breakfast on a small “terrace.” It will reopen as Webster in October.

The staff were very helpful, but the hotel was still under construction and there was no lobby area.

The lounge and reception area were under renovation, so all I got was a room and nothing else. They should have warned visitors about the renovation and offered a significant reduction in room rates; I feel I was had.
